THIS year, the Teifi Autograss Club are proud to be celebrating 40 years since the formation of the club.

They still proudly cover the heart of south west Wales and are the largest form of amateur motorsport in the UK with over 4,000 members and a part of the governing body National Autograss Sport Association.

The club, which remains to be the strongest in south Wales, is set to celebrate their 40 year history with a gala dinner at Lampeter University on Saturday, November 19, and if you have been a member of the club in the past they want hear from you.

The club are looking to create a book of memories, and want as many members involved as possible.

Regardless of whether you raced for one or two seasons, or have been lifelong members of this great club they want you involved, and everyone is invited to the gala dinner.

The dinner is set to be a fascinating evening of entertainment, with many surprises yet to be confirmed, but they will be celebrating National Champions, members who have been there throughout the years, as well as taking a look back at the last 40 years with guest compere of the evening, the current voice of National Autograss racing, Steve Langley.
