MISS Wales 2016, Ffion Moyle will join Newcastle Emlyn Rugby Club Under 15s players, and a few Wales and Scarlets players in a 12 hour Spinathon at CK’s Newcastle Emlyn on Saturday, July 16.
The Spinathon, in memory of Ceinwen Davies who lost her battle with cancer earlier this year, will see the money raised divided between two charities – the Oxygen Chamber in Cardigan and Marie Curie.
"I hope we raise a lot of money for the two charities that Ceinwen used during her last few months. She was a very keen supporter of the Under 15s Rugby Team in the town and her son, Gwilym played for them. The fundraising buckets are at the ready and I hope it will be a day to remember," explained Megan Haf Evans, the teenager from the town who is organising the event.
If anyone would like to make a donation prior to the event, or to take part contact Megan on 07495 789433, Carol on 07891 917938, Geraint on 07971 559792 or Kevin on 07748 478099.
