THE results from the last two rallies for Teifi Valley Motor Club resulted in the overall club driver championship going to Mike James, and the overall navigator championship going to Dilwyn John.

Congratulations to both on their success and dedication throughout the season, travelling the country to compete in the name of Teifi Valley Motor Club.

Many crews from the club made their way to Welshpool for the Bridden Rally run by the Welsh Borders Motor Club.

The event was a round of the TVMC championship that attracted many of the members to the north of the country to take part.

The evening was cold and very foggy for the competitors and that made conditions difficult for both driver and navigator. Also the tight and twisty roads and the heavy rain and fallen leaves on the road made conditions even more difficult.

The crews of James Evans and Aled James, Mark Jukes and Dafydd-Sion Lloyd, Chris Hand and Mark Rodway all failed to finish. Carwyn James, navigating for local driver Gareth Jones also failed to finish.

There was success for the crews of Mike James and Aled Johnson finishing 18th overall and 2nd in the Semi expert class. Dilwyn John, navigating for Lewis Morgan finished 17th overall and 9th in the expert class.
