COSTCUTTER League Cup holders Cardigan Town have been drawn at home against winners the previous season Bargod Rangers in the last eight and could be on course for a semi-final showdown with Newcastle Emlyn.
Cilgerran Rovers of the Second Division who have not won the trophy since season 1950-51 appear to face a mammoth task against Newcastle Emlyn at Parc Emlyn but the Llandysul versus Lampeter Town tie could be a closely-run affair while the clash between Aberaeron Reserves and Crannog is also hard to call.
The winners of the Emlyn versus Rovers tie will meet Cardigan or Rangers in one semi-final while Aberaeron Reserves or Crannog will play Llandysul or Lampeter in the other tie.
Quarter-final (dates to be confirmed): Cardigan Town v Bargod Rangers; Aberaeron Res v Crannog; NC Emlyn v Cilgerran Rovers; Llandysul v Lampeter Town.
