A SMALL team of Cardigan swimmers recently competed in the West Wales Junior Development Meet held in Swansea.
Pictured are Zac West, Sofia Garcia de Leaniz, Kayleigh Reed, Ellie Griffiths, Lol Maskell and not present is Ffion Evans.
All swimmers achieved personal bests in almost all of their races.
Special congratulations to Kayleigh Reed who medalled in every race she entered, winning four Golds and one Bronze - a fantastic result.
