Ferwig fly-fisher, Mary-Jane Horgan, has just gained her second Welsh cap after being selected for the Welsh Ladies National Fly-Fishing team.
The team of 12, selected from all over Wales, will be competing against Scotland, Ireland and England in the Ladies Fly-Fishing Home International on Grafham Water in the Midlands next June.
Mary-Jane, a law lecturer at Aberystwyth University, said: “Owing to family commitments it’s been nearly four years since I’ve been able to trial so I’m absolutely thrilled to have been selected again. Last time I fished with the team we brought back the silver medal, so here’s hoping for gold in 2015!”
