Despite the torrential rain and gale force wind, over 60 Ladies from all over Wales entered the Cardigan Ladies Open on Friday.
With fierce competition between them here are the results:
Division 1: Nicola Ward Cardigan came in 1st with a 37, 2nd was Helen Andrews Cardigan with 34 and 3rd was Janet Jones with 34 Division 2: 1st M Quinnell Cardigan with 34, 2nd was Kate Fraser Cardigan with 33 and 3rd was Margaret Short with 26 Division 3: 1st Helen Highes Tenby with 39, 2nd was Beverley Owen Tenby with 36 and 3rd was Margaret Wright Cardigan with 34 Overall best Cardigan Lady Trophy was Nicola Ward . The stunning hand blown Polish glass bowl donated by Jackie's Hair Salon Cardigan several years ago was presented to Nicola by Mrs Jackie Edwards. An interesting and wet day was had by all and Captain Julia Den Hartog thanked everyone for participating on the day.
