Division Two West club Newcastle Emlyn travel to North Wales on Saturday for a WRU Swalec Plate round three tie against Nant Conwy of Division One North.
The Red and Whites pulled off a stunning 25-23 away victory over Division One West outfit Carmarthen Athletic in the first round and won 17-0 at home against Haverfordwest of Division Three West in round two.
Nant Conwy are currently in the bottom half of their division and play at Pant Carw between Llanrwst and the village of Trefriw.
