Nia wins full cap

Nia Davies of Llangoedmor won her first full rugby cap for Wales Ladies on Sunday when coming on as a second half replacement in the 12-10 defeat to Ireland at Aberavon.

The 19-year-old UWIC and Cardiff Blues flanker, a former pupil at Ysgol Y Preseli, acquitted herself well and could be in line for a long international career.
