A VAN driver has denied using a mobile telephone while on the road.
Scott Linton Pallas, 45, of Narberth, pleaded not guilty to using a handheld mobile telephone while driving when he appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on the A40 at Freeman’s Way, Haverfordwest, on October 2, while Pallas was driving a Ford Transit.
A trial date was listed for April 12.
