THE planting of two community orchards in Goodwick was celebrated on Saturday, with an apple day at Stop and Call.
The event started with a musical parade from Manor Way orchard up to Stop and Call orchard. At Stop and Call the parade found the Apple Tree Goddess who led them to the orchard.
At Stop and Call there was toffee apples, apple crumble, fresh apple juice, apple cake, apple races, apple bobbing and apple rounders.
The event, organised by Fishguard and Goodwick Greening Group, was supported by Fishguard and Goodwick Lions, Goodwick Youth Club and Cardigan's Small World Theatre which provided the puppet.
