SUNSHINE which followed this morning's showers brought out the crowds to enjoy Narberth Food Festival today.

By lunchtime, the two-day event was in full swing, with visitors browsing, tasting and buying goodies from over 50 stalls.

Curious festival-goers were keen to take their seats in the Food Theatre to sample the bug cuisine served up by insect food champion Andy Holcroft of Grub Kitchen, St Davids, who was the first of several chefs to give demonstrations.

They also made their way to the pop-up cookery school to make Big Bangers with festival patron Angela Gray, explore Spice World with Jackie Palit and enjoy a gin masterclass with Rob Higgins of Eccentric Gin.

Live music and children's activities were served up throughout the day, and continue tomorrow (Sunday), together with the pop up cookery school and chef demos.

The festival, on Narberth Town Moor, will be open between 10am and 4pm.
