Police and local riders teamed up to promote horse safety on the roads this morning (Sunday).
Riders have been working with Milford Haven Neighbourhood Policing Team to improve safety for horse owners and car drivers as part of the national Pass Wide and Slow campaign.
A group of riders met at Brunel Quay, Neyland, for a five mile trek in a bid to highlight safety issues and draw drivers’ attention to the need to give horses consideration when meeting them on the roads.
