EMERGENCY services were called to the aid of a vulnerable woman on Goodwick Parrog last Tuesday afternoon (April 11).

Police were initially involved in searching for the woman and found her on the parrog at around 5pm. An onlooker said that the woman was sat on one of the benches with officers talking to her.

"Dyfed-Powys Police was involved in a search for a vulnerable woman on Tuesday, April 11," said a spokesman.

"She was located in Goodwick at approximately 5pm and required emergency medical attention. An ambulance was called to the scene and she was conveyed to hospital."

The Welsh Ambulance service confirmed that they were called to the incident at 6.30pm.

"We sent two crews in emergency ambulances and a woman was taken to Withybush General Hospital," said a spokesman.

Dyfed-Powys Police said that the incident was not related to that of missing teenager, Courtney Norris, who was reported missing on Sunday, April 9, and found on Tuesday afternoon.
