Don’t forget to change your clocks today; we have sprung forward into British Summer Time.
Sometimes called daylight saving time, this means we lose an hour in bed (boo) but can look forward to lovely light summer evenings (hooray).
The device you are reading this on should have updated automatically but take a minute to adjust all the other clocks in your home.
We stay in British Summer Time (also called Daylight Saving Time) until the last Sunday in October when we return to running on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
