THREE men and a youth are due before Haverfordwest magistrates today in relation to the killing of three swans at Withybush Woods last year.
Joseph David Lawson, age 19, of Marble Hall Road, Milford Haven, is charged with possessing an air rifle at Withybush Woods on October 19, killing a non-schedule 1 wild bird and possession of cannabis.
Gareth George Mattson, 32, of Goshawk Road, Haverfordwest, is also charged with possessing an air rifle and killing a non-schedule 1 wild bird, namely a swan.
Another Haverfordwest man, Benjamin Phillips, age 24, of Jury Lane, faces the same charges as does a 13-year-old boy.
This will be the first hearing of the case.
