THERE are delays on a road on the outskirts of Bradford city centre after a vehicle got stuck under a bridge for the second time in two weeks.
This time stuck under the bridge in Mill Lane is a lorry, which was transporting a load of red chilis.
Police officers in Bradford East reported the incident at around 1.30pm, and said the incident had been put down to a "slight misjudgement" over the size of the lorry.
There were no injuries as a result of the mishap, but it has caused Mill Lane to closed and disruption to the rail network.
Officers said: "Thankfully no-one injured, just a few bruised red chillis that may not be coming home. Déjà vu...
"Please make sure you check the size of your vehicle when driving on Mill Lane, if in doubt, STOP."
The incident follows a similar one on June 30, where a bus was driven into the bridge, causing the roof of the top deck to be ripped off.
