Brother and sister fined

A young Pontsian woman has been fined for driving a Peugeot 406 without insurance and her 20-year-old brother, who owns the car, fined for permitting her to use the vehicle without insurance.

Carwyn Thomas, of Pantscawen Farm, Pontsian, Llandysul, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £245 and his 18-year-old sister Nerys Thomas of the same address fined £100 with £45 costs. They had six points each imposed on their driving licences.
