Woman accused of killing boyfriend by driving dangerously

A young woman appeared in court today accused of killing her boyfriend by driving dangerously.

Emma Louise Park, aged 18, from Aberaeron, is accused of causing the death of Seren Woodhouse, also 18 and from Mydroilyn, when her Renault Clio collided with a Mansel Davies tanker on the A487 two miles south of Blaenplwyf.

Park, aged 18, was not asked to enter a plea at this stage.

She will reappear at Swansea crown court on May 14 for a plea ad case management hearing.

Park was bailed to the Grosvenor, Borth, meanwhile.

The couple worked together at the Cei Bach country club in New Quay, where Mr Woodhouse was a chef and Park was head waitress.
