If you are a Concessionary Travel Pass holder you should have received a new ‘smartcard’ pass in the post. From the end of this month (Friday the 31st July) only these new Concessionary Travel Pass smartcards will be valid for free bus travel, and older style passes will no longer be accepted. If you have not received a new pass, you will need to contact Pembrokeshire County Council for a replacement. If you have a new style pass it is also important to destroy and dispose of your old pass. As cards have an electronic chip in them, keeping the old card in the same wallet as the new one will cause interference problems and may result in the ticket machine rejecting your new pass..
