A YOUNG girl is to have her hair cut off for the Little Princess Trust.
Ten-year-old Eleri Davies, from Drefach Felindre, will see her long locks chopped off on Friday, November 2 at Talking Heads hairdressers in Newcastle Emlyn.
The Penboyr School pupil is also hoping to raise £800 for the charity, which provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.
Mum Emma said: “I am immensely proud of her, she has always put others before herself and decided at the age of four she wanted to be a paramedic to help others in need.
“She is also passionate about her karate and is goalie for her school football team and for her to cut off her hair is a wonderful thing to do to try to help others.”
