A CARDIGAN man who assaulted a woman has been remanded on conditional bail after appearing in court.
Serhat Saim Cakar, of High Street, Cardigan, admitted assaulting the woman in town on July 26 when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He also pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a lock.
The 43-year-old will reappear before the court for sentence on September 17.
