A NEWCASTLE Emlyn man has been sent for trail at crown court charged with stalking, harassment and resisting a police officer.
Christopher Jay Hardy, of Penlon, Pentrecagal, appeared before magistrate at Aberystwyth Justice Centre to plead not guilty to all the charges.
The 34-year-old denied stalking his alleged victim at Pencader between January 1 and July 27 and leaving letters and music CDs of an intimate nature on his victim’s car and also attending his victim’s address on more than one occasion.
He denied harassing a couple between the same dates by sending letters and flyers to their place of work and by turning up at their place of work and behaving in a threatening manner.
Hardy also denied resisting a police officer in Newcastle Emlyn on July 27.
Hardy was remanded on conditional bail to appear at Swansea crown court on September 7 for trial.
