A DRIVER has been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving after being pulled over at Newcastle Emlyn on Saturday by Ceredigion Roads Policing Unit for having a defective headlight.
The motorist provided a positive test for cannabis and is now awaiting the results of a blood test.
A driver stopped at Cardigan last night (Sunday, May 3) failed a breathalyser and has been charged with drink driving after providing a reading of 66mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 35 mg.
