TWO cars were seized in double-quick time on Tuesday (May 15) by officers from Ceredigion’s Roads Policing Unit.

An Audi driver was stopped for having no road tax for the past six months – the same car had also been seized back in June 2017 for the same offence. Police are also investigating whether the car was insured.

While waiting for the car to be put on a recovery vehicle, another car with no tax was also stopped and seized. It was also found to have two defective tyres down to the cord.

Both drivers will be summonsed to court and also face fees to recover their cars.
