A DRIVER in Ceredigion has been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving and his car has been seized.
Officers from Ceredigion’s Roads Policing Unit stopped the driver at Plwmp on Thursday (April 19) for having no insurance, tax or MOT.
The driver tested positive for cannabis and was taken into custody and is now awaiting the results of a blood test.
A small amount of cannabis was also found on a passenger in the car, who has also been reported.
Another driver was arrested for suspected drug-driving and dangerous driving and other offences after police spotted the alleged offender travelling in excess of 120mph on a rural road in the county.
