A CENARTH man has been hit with a 12-month restraining order.
Shaun William Drake, of Danygraig, Cenarth, admitted sending an indecent or grossly offensive message on Facebook on December 28 intending to cause anxiety or distress when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
Drake, aged 48, was banned from contacting directly or indirectly the woman involved as well as being given a 12-month conditional discharge. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
