A CARDIGAN man alleged to have damaged a kitchen wall has failed to appear in court.
Liam Hardy, of Priory Street, is charged with causing damage worth £40 to a property at Colwg y Castell belonging to West and Wales Housing on October 5.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre issued a warrant for the 23-year-old's arrest.
