AN arrest warrant has been issued after a man failed to appear in court on motoring and drug offences alleged to have been committed between Newcastle Emlyn and Pentrecagal.
Christopher Phillip Meese, of Bro Gwynfaen, Croeslan, is alleged to have been driving on the A484 in a van on December 29 while over the drink-drive limit and in possession of 2.1 grammes of cannabis.
The 34-year-old is also accused of driving without insurance.
A warrant for his arrest was issued by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
