A LLANDYSUL man caught in possession of drugs has been handed a community order with a requirement that he undergoes rehabilitation treatment.
Samuel Morgan Nugent of Llys Puw, Felindre, Llandysul, was caught in possession of 5.15 grammes of Class A drug diamorphine at Aberystwyth on August 18. He also had 23.73 grammes of herbal cannabis and 1.3 grammes of cannabis resin.
The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to all three charges of possession when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
As well as the community order, Nugent was also ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
