AN ABERPORTH woman has been fined after pleading guilty to persistently making use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance and anxiety to another person.
Sixty-eight-year-old Linda Learthart, of Penrallt Holiday Cottages, admitted the charge when she appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
