THE 11th annual Amnesty International benefit evening ‘Making a Song and Dance of It’ in the setting of Neuadd y Dderwen, Rhosygilwen, Cilgerran on Saturday, November 18, 7.30pm-11.15pm, promises to be a night to remember

It features the usual eclectic mix of Welsh talent for a fabulous night of music, song and dance, guaranteed to get your feet tapping.

Headlining will be internationally renowned Calan fiddler Angharad Jenkins and harpist Delyth Jenkins, a hugely talented mother and daughter duo who play traditional and new Welsh music creating irresistible conversations between harp and fiddle.

Also performing will be the ever-popular Jean Paul Louis and his Gypsy Jazz Band - think Django Rheinhardt and Stephan Grapelli with a Welsh accent.

The Duke Box Collective is a young, energetic dance band, playing songs from the 90s and 00s. With their Duke Box Song Selector, every event is completely unique - you choose a tune, they play it!

And as well, there's surprise entertainment from Adam Gilbert's Singing Waiters.

Doors open at 7pm and guitar duo, L'Attitude, will be playing ambient music as you arrive. Bar open and filled rolls available, great prizes donated for the raffle and as usual you can get creative in the foyer to make cards to send to prisoners of conscience.
