A 21-year-old Newcastle Emlyn man who smashed a restaurant window in the town was also in breach of a previously imposed suspended jail sentence for burglary.
Justin Benjamin Ryan McFee, of Blaenwern, pleaded guilty to damaging the window at Nahar Restaurant on September 23 and to breaching a 20 week jail term suspended for 24 months imposed by Carmarthenshire magistrates earlier in the month.
McFee was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £70 by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre. He also has to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, plus continue with a community rehabilitation programme and ordered to do an extra 10 hours unpaid work.
