A CARDIGAN man is to stand trial accused of sending topless photographs of a woman to a friend.
Paul Tomkinson, aged 25, appeared before Judge Geraint Walters at Swansea crown court today for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Tomkinson, of 37 High Street, denied disclosing a private photograph on July 9 via Facebook with the intention of causing distress.
Tomkinson, who is being held on remand at Swansea prison after allegedly breaching his bail conditions, will stand trial on December 18.
