A MAN has been given a 12-month conditional discharge after being found guilty on two charges of resisting a police officer in the execution of his/her duty in Aberporth.
Twenty-nine-year old Ismael Hossain, of Parc Lluest Ganol, Ciliau Aeron, had denied three charges when he appeared before Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
He was found guilty of two cases of resisting an officer and the third charge was dismissed.
As well as a 12-month conditional discharge, Hossain was ordered to pay £400 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
