BLUESTONE Brewery staged a charity choir sing-off in aid of Wales Air Ambulance and raised a whopping £1,350 on the night
Four choirs performed for the evening at the brewery at Cilgwyn, near Newport - Cor Seingar, Cor Bois Y Felin, Cor Rygbi Crymych and Bechgyn Jemeima.
And it was Bois Y Felin who ran out the winners this year.
The night was compared by local comedian Steffan Evans and there was a panel of four local judges who gave points for each choir’s performance.
It was a fantastic night with more than 200 people turning out and the money raised will be enough to pay for one full flight of the air ambulance - technically saving one person’s life!
