CARDIGAN lifeboat was called out on Sunday afternoon when a boat got into trouble just off Aberporth.
The alarm was raised at 3.59pm when reports were received of a 14ft boat with three people on board that had lost all power.
The Atlantic 85 boat Albatross was launched from the Poppit Sands RNLI station and found the stricken craft drifting near Penbryn. The lifeboat crew secured a towline and the boat was brought back in to the beach at Aberporth, where the Coastguard was waiting to help bring the three ashore.
All those on the boat were safe and well.
