INCOMING Aberporth Community Council chairman Cllr Richard Williams has described his new role as a “privilege”.
Cllr Williams, who was brought up in the village, said he was looking forward to the next 12 months. He was presented with the chain of office by outgoing chairman Cllr Gethin Davies, who has just been elected county councillor for the ward.
