A DRIVER who failed a drugs test has been banned from the roads for 12 months by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
Steven David Evans, of Hillfield Place, Parcllyn, Aberporth, admitted driving a Renault Clio at Parcylln on January 28 this year with traces of cannabis in his bloodstream which exceeded the specified limit.
As well as being disqualified for a year, the 39-year-old was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
