Charities were Cardigan have had reason to celebrate as organisers of the 2016 Barley Saturday parade last week distributed money raised during the street collection.
Eight charities received donations..
Riding for the Disabled was the biggest winner, receiving a cheque for £700, while the Wales Air Ambulance team was on a high with £500.
Cardigan MS, Cardigan Swimming Pool, RNLI, Calonnau Cymru, St John's Ambulance and Canolfan y Don also received cheques.
