You’ve heard of the drive-in cinema, but have you ever been to a cinema on the beach?!

The Sea Watch Foundation are showing Disney film ‘Finding Nemo’ at their beach cinema on Saturday, June 4.

The film will be available for all to watch on New Quay Harbour Beach from 3.30pm. There will be no charge.

The Sea Watch Foundation is a national research charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of whales and dolphins around the UK.

They rely on volunteers to help collect data all around the British Isles by reporting their whale and dolphin sightings and conducting dedicated watches.

“It’s part of our mission to guide the public and help them to see and understand more about the amazing wildlife we have across all UK waters.” says Georgina Davies, Education and Outreach Assistant for Sea Watch Foundation. “

That’s why we’re inviting people to come and watch one of our favourite marine life films, Finding Nemo, in the stunning setting of New Quay. Whilst the film is set across the Atlantic Ocean we’ll also be displaying some short videos of the Cardigan Bay dolphins, describing what Sea Watch do, why they do it and how you and your family can help.”

If you would like to come along to the beach screening of Finding Nemo, bring something to sit on, some British weather proofing and some change for ice cream.
