There's plenty of eggcitement for visitors at the Welsh Wildlife Centre very soon.

The Welsh Wildlife Centre will host a range of activities and events this Easter.

A packed two weeks of excitement begins on Good Friday, March 25.

Over the Easter weekend, have a go at their Easter Egg Detective Trail and make some Easter bonnets, bunny masks, gift bags and egg cosies.

On Easter Monday, come along to the birds of prey exhibition and get up close and personal with an array of hawks and owls courtesy of Pant Glas Birds of Prey.

Silent World will be paying the centre a visit on Tuesday, March 29 with their Rainforest Creatures.

Learn all about them and their precious habitat during a session where you could get the chance to handle some of the creatures.

Throughout the fortnight there will be a range of craft activities taking place on various days, these include slate painting, bird feeder decorating, cushion making and egg decorating.

Other special events taking place include pond dipping on Monday, April 4 and a storytelling session from the authors of Island Friends.

Full details of the events, including prices, times and booking information can be found on our website www.welshwildlife.org or Facebook page.
