Coming to the Queens Hall in Narberth this July are Peatbog Faeries, one of Scotland’s best known names in the contemporary folk scene.

Nominees of BBC Radio 2s Folk Awards’ ‘Best Live Act’, Peatbog Faeries have taken their unique brand of Scottish folk all around the world, from Asia, Africa, Canada and back to countless European festivals.

Drawing upon a dazzling myriad of influences from traditional jigs and reels through jazz, hip hop, reggae and more, they take traditional Scottish music and bring it fresh-faced and breathless into the 21st century.

With the band bringing another foot-stomping gig to the Queens Hall, there won’t be a chance to keep still to their mix of programmed effects and traditional Celtic arrangements, played on bagpipes, fiddles, and whistles.

They have toured the world taking their inventive and unique brand of music to audiences far and wide, never failing to fill the floor and delight the crowd.

This is high octane Celtic dance music as you’ve never heard it before.

They will be performing on Thursday, July 30. Tickets are cheaper in advance and can be purchased from Span Arts on span-arts.org.uk or from the Box Office on 01834 869323.
