Deli Delights provides the perfect blend of loose tea, coffee beans and homemade patisseries.

Mandy Wilcox started the business eight years ago and has moved from having a tea room to featuring her products and creations in the Cardigan Guildhall Market.

She currently stocks 17 types of coffee beans all roasted in Pembrokeshire. The coffee beans are quite new to her though.

She took on selling the coffee beans after the people with the coffee stall at the market retired offering the business to her.

Mandy explains: “Patisseries are my true passion; I think that having tea and coffee really compliments the business in a perfect blend. I hope to one day turn into a tea and coffee specialist with my Patisseries at the fore front.”

“For the past three years I have been taking on courses at Bertinet Kitchen in Bath which is a cookery school. I’ll be going back in November to learn more and continuing perfecting my skills.”

Pop into the Guildhall and buy some of the patisseries and coffee that Mandy has to offer. Her patisseries are made with Gluten free products but she does not work in a gluten free kitchen.

The stall is open Tuesday to Saturday 9 til 3 and she also has the bonus of doing patisseries to order.
