WITH the days longer and the climate warmer, it can only mean one thing: Cardigan Running Club’s Poppit Sands Race Series is fast approaching.
The first of these races will be on Tuesday, July 7, at 7pm for the one lap race (children) and 7.30pm for the main race.
The group meets at Canolfan Hamdden Teifi (Cardigan Leisure Centre) every Wednesday at 6.30pm (over 18s only).
"Feel free to come along whatever your level of fitness as all levels are catered for," says club secretary Hilary.
