ARTISTS from the Llandysul area are needed for an exchange visit to Plogoneg in Brittany.
Llandysul town twinned with Plogoneg in 1988, and in May, seven artists from Brittany spent time visiting various art exhibitions in the locality.
The stayed at Waunifor near Llanfihangel ar Arth and sketched and painted in the area for a whole week with a very interesting and varied programme, including visits to galleries in Cenarth, Newcastle Emlyn and Carmarthen, all organised by members of Cymdeithas
Efeillio Llandysul a`r Fro.
They met other local artists and the exhibition of their work was held at the Pwerdy, Pontyweli.
This is the first time this artist exchange has taken place and if anyone wishes to be a part of it, they can contact Wenna Bevan Jones on (01559) 363328.
