Cardigan Mayor and Mayoress had a difficult task judging the entries to this year's Easter Bonnet competition held at Brondesbury Lodge Nursing and Residential Home over the weekend.
After much deliberation, first prize was awarded to Marian Kucz for his hat adorned with seasonal foliage, chicks and eggs.
Seconnd prize went to Thelma Budden for her bonnet with bees and flowers; thirrd to Gwendoline Price and fourth to Haydn Jones.
