A warrant has been issued for an Adpar man who failed to appear in court on Wednesday.
Richard Medway, aged 30, of Ty-Ni, Lloyds Terrace, was due to face a charge of fraud by false representation at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
It is alleged that he failed to disclose an increase in wages to Ceredigion County Council between October 15, 2012, and June 2, 2014, to make a gain of benefits payments.
