A local man accused of drink driving is to stand trial next month.
Oliver Cartwright, aged 28, of Ffynnon Dafalog, Ffosyffin, Cilau Aeron, appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on Wednesday.
He pleaded not guilty to driving a car while over the legal alcohol limit in Water Street, Aberaeron, on December 19.
It is alleged that he had 61mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit is 35mg.
A trial date was listed for February 26, and Cartwright was released on unconditional bail.
