Magistrates have issued a warrant for a local teenager charged with driving while unfit though drugs.
Zak Grant Rees, aged 18, of 6 Davies Street, Pencader, is accused of driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the B4336 at Llanfihangel ar Arth, while unfit to drive through drugs on October 15.
Rees failed to appear before Aberystwyth magistrates on Wednesday, and a warrant without bail was issued.
